Teambuilding and Rules of Engagement

This full day course gives participants a new look at teambuilding and engagement. The course provides information, facilitates discussion and uses experiential exercises to enhance teambuilding. Laying the groundwork for your teams is critical to their success. Ensuring empowerment along with a clear understanding of the vision, goals and how to arrive at consensus is crucial.

Leadership Case Study

Want to dig deeper into the leadership challenge? This course is designed for the awakened leader who wants to learn more and challenge the norms. A specific text is used to provide the discussion and panel for the day. This easy and creative read is provided to all participants 30 days prior to the workshop. The day is spent looking at organizational leadership from various perspectives. We may develop a new model of leadership from the contents of our discussions and reading materials.

Go beyond the basics of leadership…..everyone will learn something different from this unique approach to learning and growing as a leader.

Values Clarification

This half day, hands-on workshop, is designed to assist participants to appreciate the differences in people and the unique talents that everyone brings to the table. Open your mind to what each person has to offer. We look at the unique values of people and how they affect the work environment. Managing a group of people requires that you understand their unique differences and values of the team members. How are they different from yours and how does that affect the organization.

This course contains a variety of group discussions, exercises and fun projects. You will take away and new prospective of the uniqueness of each team member and how that can impact your organization and bottom line.
