Her upcoming book, Mechanistic to Holistic, Leadership for a New World, examines what it takes to lead an organization in our new world.

Yvonne brings an engaging and exciting approach to her keynote, plenary sessions and to her ongoing consultations with her clients. She provides leadership training and coaching for internal leaders while assisting organizations in developing their own sustainable programs.

Experience

Yvonne works with large crown corporations, the healthcare sector, manufacturing and small private business. Her 20 years of experience in the human resource field has provided a solid foundation for everything she does.

Yvonne is presently working on a significant research project that is looking at enhancing employee engagement in the Manitoba Sector. This research project is part of her thesis at Royal Roads University as part of her requirements for the Masters in leadership program.

Yvonne has worked with front-line employees who say she is engaging and challenges the status quo. She also has worked with CEO and executive management in improving their leadership approaches.

Building sustainability and capacity for organizations through unique innovative leadership programs is Yvonne's primary focus. She is an exciting presenter leaving the audience with wanting more.
