Employee EngagementHow engaged are your employees? Are your employees committed and passionate about the work that they do? Employers today are looking for progressive and innovative ways to evaluate employee engagement and to build capacity for improved commitment. Employee engagement is at the root of productivity and sustainability. Employee engagement and commitment is developed and sustained through a variety of initiatives. It must be approached from a broad perspective with a clear understanding of corporate culture and organizational identity. Employers often underestimate the talent, contributions and value that each team member brings to the organization. Many employees do not communicate clearly their desires and passion relating to their work.
