Community Involvement

Change Innovators is part of many communities and their people are an integral part of their Client’s businesses. They also support many Not for Profit organizations and Volunteer and Service Through our hard work, volunteerism, and community contribution we strive to bring out the best in ourselves and those we work with.

Staff at Change Innovators volunteer for the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and Yvonne Thompson is directly involved as a facilitator for "Leadership Winnipeg". Yvonne is also the President of the Accident Prevention Association of Manitoba and the President of the Women Business Owners of Manitoba. Staff at Change Innovators also volunteers with the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering and the Safe Workers of Tomorrow.

Yvonne is a proud sponsor of Women for Women International. An organization that assists women in various countries around the world become self sufficient after crisis including the loss of their husbands. Most of the support goes to countries involved in civil war where women are left alone to support large families.
