Yvonne, MA (Leadership) CHRP, CHSC , President

Author, Leadership for a New World: The Organic Approach to Employee Engagement

A project management specialist who always sees the big picture. A broad scope of experiences in all areas of Human Resource Management. The founder of Change Innovators and one who has a passion for all that she does. Her driving force is built around watching organizations transform and become the best they can be for their employees, customers, and stakeholders. Leadership self-development is a keen interest. As the developer and facilitator of “The Innovative Leader, Yvonne loves to provide Executive Coaching and Self Development to Supervisors, Managers and CEOs. Yvonne has recently completed a Thesis on Enhancing Employee Engagement; this research project and its findings have been used with many clients and form the basis of two of her new keynote presentations. Yvonne is on the board of directors for the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba, and Past President of the Women Business Owners of Manitoba. Yvonne loves to volunteer and participate in community events.

 

Shannon Graham

Shannon, B.Sc., Health & Safety Consultant, Health & Safety Division.

Shannon is a senior member of our team with over 10 years experience. Shannon is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a major in Environmental Sciences. With experience working in a quality control laboratory setting, Shannon has a first-hand appreciation for the health and safety hazards involved in the workplace. She has studied Environmental Health Hazard and Risk Assessment, has experience working in the health sciences in industrial hearing conservation as a certified Industrial Audiometric Technician. Shannon works in our Health and Safety department and with a variety of clients.

Cory Graham

Cory, B.Sc., L.I.A.T., Managing Partner

Cory is responsible for the development and implementation of new business contracts and project management, as well as providing support and meeting the expectations of our clients. Cory started with Change Innovators Inc. in 2006 with the responsibility of developing and implementing the company’s industrial hearing conservation program. Cory still assists our industrial hearing conservation program, however he now applies his experience and success of building strong client relationships and above service expectations to all of our business opportunities within the 3 divisions of Change Innovators. Cory possesses a deep passion toward his work, if there are any questions about our company, or services please call and have a chat with Cory.

 

Mike Thompson

Mike , BBA., L.I.A.T., Interpersonal Wellness Consultant

Mike brings a wide variety of experiences to our team, providing support in all areas of our business. As a team member with Change Innovators since 2003, Mike has worked in numerous capacities. Mike has been heavily involved in the Hearing Conservation program for several years, obtaining an L.I.A.T designation and serving as an Audiometric Assistant. Recently, Mike is pursuing an International Coaching Certification and looks forward to furthering his career at Change Innovators as an Interpersonal Wellness Consultant.

 

Brian, Health & Safety Coordinator, Health and Safety Division.

Brian is a graduate of the Occupational Health and Safety Program offered through Red River College. He has developed a passion for health and safety from working in the restaurant, construction and manufacturing industries. Brian believes in a strong sense of safety culture, and that everyone should go home in the same state of health as they arrived to their workplace. His contributions to Change Innovators include Job Hazard Analysis, Safe Work Procedures, and safety program development.

 

   

James, B.A., Executive Assistant

James has been with Change Innovators since 2009, in a variety of different roles on the Administration side.  In addition to supporting all three divisions, James handles all accounting and bookkeeping within the company, as well as leading the development of the company's online training. James recieved his Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Resolution Studies from the University of Winnipeg in 2011. He looks forward to furthering his education and continuing to benefit the company with his natural supportive skill set.

 

Geoff, B. Kin, CSEP-CPT

Geoff is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and is a Health and Wellness specialist.  Working one on one and in group settings, Geoff has dedicated his career to helping people live happier and healthier lives.  Known for his balanced and well rounded approach to health he also helps employers and employees become aware of the advantages of healthy living and how it translates to a more productive and efficient workplace.  Putting the emphasis on creating healthy work environments and fostering positive working relationships plays a key role in what Geoff brings to Change Innovators and his clientele.

Lisa, B.A., Administrative Assistant

Lisa joined our team in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant for the Health & Safety Divison. She works primarily within our Hearing Conservation program, but assists in all three divisions. Lisa brings a wealth of strong organizational skills and administrative experience to our team. In 2009, Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Manitoba.

 

Reena, B.Sc., CHRP (Candidate), Human Resource and Health & Safety Consultant

Reena joined our team in 2012 as a Consultant for both the Human Resources Division and Health & Safety Division. A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, she is excited to bring her passion for Training and Development, Wellness and Employee Engagement. A life long learner, Reena is always keen on adding to her knowledge base through various seminars, workshops, courses and professional publications. She belongs to the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba, and is currently working towards obtaining her CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation. She looks forward to assisting Change Innovators in their objective to create great places to work through the many innovative and purposeful tools the company offers.
