Yvonne Thompson, MA (Leadership) CHRP, CHSC , President
A project management specialist who always sees the big picture. A broad scope of experiences in all areas of Human Resource Management. The founder of Change Innovators and one who has a passion for all that she does. Her driving force is built around watching organizations transform and become the best they can be for their employees, customers, and stakeholders. Leadership self-development is a keen interest. As the developer and facilitator of “The Innovative Leader, Yvonne loves to provide Executive Coaching and Self Development to Supervisors, Managers and CEOs. Yvonne has recently completed a Thesis on Enhancing Employee Engagement; this research project and its findings have been used with many clients and form the basis of two of her new keynote presentations. Yvonne is the Past President of the Accident Prevention Association of Manitoba and Past President of the Women Business Owners of Manitoba, Yvonne loves to volunteer and participate in community events. |

Shannon Graham, B.Sc., Health & Safety Consultant, Health & Safety Division.
Shannon is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a major in Environmental Sciences. With experience working in a quality control laboratory setting, Shannon has a first-hand appreciation for the health and safety hazards involved in the workplace. She has studied Environmental Health Hazard and Risk Assessment, has experience working in the health sciences in industrial hearing conservation as a certified Industrial Audiometric Technician. Shannon works in our Health and Safety department and with a variety of clients. |

Cory Graham, B.Sc., L.I.A.T., Industrial Hearing Conservationist, Health & Safety Division.
Cory has a background in science and is responsible for the implementation of the company’s industrial hearing conservation program. He brings years of experience in his field and is skilled in all areas such as annual hearing testing, noise surveys, protection devices, and employee & management hearing conservation education. He also has attended various conferences and courses to stay current with the research and developments in the industry. Cory possesses a deep passion toward his work to eliminate the effects of noise induced hearing loss in the work place. |

Jennifer Trann, BA, Health and Safety Consultant, Health & Safety Division.
Jenn's expertise and interest in a variety of industries has allowed her to successfully develop health and safety programs for clients in many different industries that are customized for their business and meet or exceed all requirements.
As an expert in training and development, Jenn can take your program to the next level and train your staff, supervisors, and management in implementing your new safety program to ensure full compliance and a successful roll out.
Jenn also has significant experience in auditing safety programs to ensure that legal compliance is ongoing as well as ensuring the continued health and safety of your employees.

Mike Thompson, L.I.A.T., Audiometric Assistant, Health & Safety Division.
Mike brings a wide variety of experiences to our team, providing support in all areas of our business. Mike has recently completed his L.I.A.T exam designation and will complete a degree in Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg June 2010.

Brian Roach, Health & Safety Co-ordinator, Health and Safety Division.
Brian is a graduate of the Occupational Health and Safety Program offered through Red River College. He has developed a passion for health and safety from working in both the restaurant and manufacturing industries. Brian believes in a strong sense of safety culture, and that everyone should go home in the same state of health as they arrived to their workplace. His contributions to Change Innovators include Job Hazard Analysis, Safe Work Procedures, and safety program development. |

James brings significant administrative experience to our team. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the office, bookkeeping and the production of training manuals. He is a key team member assisting all divisions with their project completions.

Don Gregory,
Health & Safety Co-ordinator, Health and Safety Division
Don is a graduate of Red River College of Applied Arts and Technology with a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. His background in Safety is based in Heavy Construction along with some manufacturing experience. Working in Heavy Construction Safety includes past projects such as working on The Floodway Expansion Project, Sewer and Water Construction & repairs, Pit and Quarry Crushing Operations, and Road Building Construction. Within these projects Don has been led into developing Health and Safety Programs and Coordinating Programs for many companies’ throughout the Province.
As a Safety Coordinator training is a most valuable resource in all safety programs and Don has trained many courses for Heavy Construction. In a teaching capacity, Don is looking to improve his teaching abilities and methods to encourage safety for many Construction Company’s Safety Programs and to promote safety and encourage employees to learn more about their jobs on-site to reduce injury’s and incidents.
As a Safety Consultant Don can look to improve, or develop a sound safety program for a Company which may need improvements or development initially. Working with a Company initially, coordinating policy, providing Inspections, and employee training are just some of the practical considerations required in a safety program. Don can help make this possible as a liaison to your specific company operations and work closely with all staff. Making a safe program and reducing incidents is a smart goal. |
